1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of ninosbags.shop and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who you are contracting with

The store is operated by Gansu Qiranyu New Energy Co., Ltd. (甘肃绮冉昱新能源有限公司), a company registered in Longnan, Gansu, China under Unified Social Credit Code 91621202MAKMMAQX6A. Our registered address is Room 102, Building 4, Xinsheng Mansion Phase II, No.9 Road, Jiangbei Subdistrict, Wudu District, Longnan, Gansu 746000, China.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every bag as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and hardware. Natural leather varies in grain, tone and markings between hides — this is a characteristic of full-grain leather, not a defect. Product photographs are illustrative and colour can vary between screens.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices and run promotions at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed. Where a price was clearly wrong (for example a mis-keyed figure), we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify payment or address details, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund any amount taken.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. We do not store full card details.

7. Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you supplied. If you enter an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you; re-shipping may incur a further charge. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

8. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Warranty

Leather goods are covered against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by unauthorised repair. Claims are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape content at scale, or to place fraudulent orders.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts of Longnan, Gansu have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
